A Slam Pad is a dense piece of precision cut rubber that closely matches the shape of the XD Magazine's base pad, in order to protect the magazine from the ground during reloads and/or to add some additional length to the magazine in order to aid during reloads. Each Slam Pad has a hole in the center that will allow you to remove your magazine base pad for cleaning without having to remove your Slam Pad. Thickness: 0.375" Magwell: To be used with "UnLimited" Magwells. When installed on XDm magazines, the results will make the magazine OAL to long to fit the IDPA box.
