We are proud to offer our slide lightening service that includes a variety of cuts. Each cut is done professionally and will provide an "eye appealing" addition to your slide while lightening the slide's weight, increasing the slide speed, which is imperative for faster double taps and quicker sight transitioning.
Our slide lightening service is provided to benefit your slides speed and your racegun's performance. All types have been tested to avoid weakening of your slide's configuration. All tests done on Glock and LW slides. This cut is available for Glock, M&P, XD and some other models. Call or email to make sure your slide can be cut with this cut.
The Mitchell Oval was designed by one of our Master Class CARVER Custom Team members, Matt Mitchell. The cut provides your choice of 3 or 4 ovals that are cut at a 30 degree angle on the sides of the slide giving the holes a louvre appearance.
The ovals are applied to the slide after an inlay has been done to the slides that will accent the holes. The slide pictured is a Glock 34 slide. This cut does not include a window cut. Window cuts are optional and an added service.
